Negri Eggs began in 2022 with a simple idea — raise a few hens and keep our family’s breakfast table stocked with good, honest food. What started as just five little hens quickly grew into something much bigger. Friends asked if we had extra eggs. Family started stopping by for a dozen. Before long, our small flock became a part of the daily rhythm of our home.

Today, Negri Eggs is still very much a family effort. We care for our birds ourselves, gather eggs by hand, and stay committed to treating our hens with the attention and space they deserve. It matters to us that the eggs we offer are the same ones we feel proud to serve our kids each morning.
